Our next concert

The orchestra will perform at the Regional Art Gallery on Sun 5th September 2010 at 3:30 pm. Be on the lookout for the Return of the Penguins!

The Broken Hill orchestra plus musicians from around NSW performed at Albert Hall in Tibooburra in June 2008. The orchestra was led by Mark Walton, one of Australia's leading clarinet and saxophone teachers, for a great outback concert.

How do you join?

Bring your instrument and come along to play at one of our practices.... or just come for a look. If you decide you'd like to join, you can ask for a nomination form to join the orchestra.

Where does the orchestra practice?

The orchestra practices at the BIU Band Hall in Beryl Street (off Iodide St) opposite Buttercup Bakery.... in Broken Hill.

When?

Tuesday nights (except during Christmas school Holidays)

What time?

Practice is from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, with time to tune up from 7.15pm.
